About Terrel Hale

Terrel was selected for his high level of mastery in sports massage techniques and also for his professional experience with elite athletes at national or international sporting events and championships. (including the Athens 2004 Summer Olympic Games)

He works with elite runners at the Cherry Blossom 10 miler and also works with the Montgomery County Road Runners Stride Clinic where he assists in the evaluation of running strides with a team of coaches, podiatrists, physical therapists and others who provide advice on how to avoid injury and improve running efficiency.
